a couple of things

1 - we are going on vacation. i called to book my ticket (i'm going and then dwight is meeting us later). i had to book mine first then call back to get Scout's. i call back and not only has the moron that booked my ticket failed to get my email address correct - its not that hard, its my first and last name which was also the name i used to book the ticket. second she booked the return date incorrectly. hello?! i gave her the flight date, time, and number that i wanted could it have been that hard?

2 - my kids go to bed at 8. i think that might have been my bedtime as a kid but i feel like that is a reasonable time for kids to go to bed. i get a call tonight at 8:15 to join a conference call, already in progress, regarding the political party that i voted for last election. there was an option to push the number 1 and i seriously considered pushing it and then asking the moron if he had kids and what time they went to bed and how would he feel about me calling him for no reason. i refrained and just hung up but come on. i'm thinking about just turning the ringer off. so if you have an emergency call my cell.
